Methi Chicken Pulao Ingredients Chicken boneless - 1/2 kg Basmati rice - 3 cups Water - 5 1/2 cups Carrots - cut into small cubes 1small Onion - cut into small cubes 1 medium Ginger garlic paste - 1tb spoon Green chilly - 3 nos Lime juice - 1 TB spoon Pepper powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Kasoori methi - 11/2 to spoon( fenugreek leaves) Whole garam masala Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup Pudhina leaves - 1/4 cup Ghee - 2 TB spoon Salt Wash and soak the rice for 20 mins. Take a cooker and add ghee. Add the whole garam masala spices into the ghee and let it splutter. Now add ginger garlic paste, green chilies, coriander, and pudhina leaves and saute for 1 min. Add the onions and carrot and once the onion turns translucent add the Turmeric powder, crushed kasoori methi, pepper powder, and salt. Add the boneless chicken pieces and saute for 2 mins. Now add the soaked rice and fry for 5 mins and add boiled water. Add enough salt and lime juice and close the cooker with
